Terms of Service
1. Your account
You must be 18+ to sign in and upload content. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant HoneyShorts a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, stream and promote your content inside the app and in marketing for the app.
You confirm you have the rights to every clip you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
3. Payouts
Verified creators earn a share of ad revenue at a rate of $0.001+ per view. Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays once your balance clears the minimum threshold. Fraudulent views, bot traffic or policy violations may reduce or void a payout.
4. Prohibited content
No CSAM, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, illegal content, or content impersonating another person. We may remove content and terminate accounts that break these rules.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account info you provide (email, display name).
- Content you upload and metadata such as captions and thumbnails.
- Basic device and usage data (device type, watch time, impressions) to power the feed and payouts.
- Payout details you submit for withdrawals.
How we use it
- Run the app, rank shorts and prevent abuse.
- Calculate and pay creator earnings.
- Send important service messages (magic links, payout notices).
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not read the contents of your inbox or your other apps.
Your controls
You can request an export or deletion of your data from your profile settings, or by emailing privacy@honeyshorts.com.
